Ordnance Survey would like to invite you to join us for the OS OpenSpace - developer evening. This will be the first of a series of events we will be running across the country throughout 2010 aimed at helping explore how Ordnance Survey mapping can be used online.
The evening is free and aims to bring together web developers working on websites for charities, community groups and special interest websites to explore how to use mapping and location to make your website more effective.
This is your opportunity to get to grips with OS OpenSpace and learn how to use our mapping on your website.
The evening will include a brief presentation, followed by the opportunity to collaborate with the OS OpenSpace team to explore new ideas or come up with solutions to existing challenges.
Program:
6 - 6:30pm Registration and networking
6:30 - 7:30pm An introduction to OS OpenSpace
7:30 - 9pm Pizza / beer and hands on session.
